See if membership is right for you

Who Is It For?
The Reserved Membership is designed for patients and caregivers who schedule rides regularly, including:
Patients needing transportation three or more times per week in Charlotte NC
Elderly patients or seniors who rely on regular doctor visit transportation
Families managing transportation for a loved one with mobility challenges
Patients who frequently need wheelchair transportation in Charlotte NC
If you are booking two or more rides per month, membership typically pays for itself.
How Much Do Members Save?
Here is what the math looks like on a typical month:
Ambulatory rides — 4 rides per month
Without membership: 4 x $95 = $380
With membership: $99 + 4 x $47.50 = $289
Monthly savings: $91
Wheelchair rides — 4 rides per month
Without membership: 4 x $125 = $500
With membership: $99 + 4 x $62.50 = $349
Monthly savings: $151
12 rides per month (3x per week)
Without membership: 12 x $95 = $1,140
With membership: $99 + 12 x $47.50 = $669
Monthly savings: $471
Mileage is billed separately on all rides. These examples reflect base fees only.
Reserved Membership and the Wait and Return Service
One of the most valuable benefits for members is how it applies to our Wait and Return service.
Wait and Return transportation is ideal for:
Surgery transportation in Charlotte NC requiring sedation
Procedures where the patient cannot drive themselves home
Appointments where family members are unavailable
Long appointments where a driver needs to stay on-site
With the Reserved Membership, after hours and weekend surcharges are waived on Wait and Return rides as well. For patients who frequently need surgery transportation or procedure transportation in Charlotte, this can represent significant savings on top of an already essential service.
Limited Availability — Member Caps Per Vehicle
We limit the number of Reserved Members assigned to each vehicle in our fleet.
This is intentional. It protects scheduling priority for members and ensures we can deliver a consistent, reliable experience on every ride. Once a vehicle reaches capacity, that vehicle is closed to new members.
If you are considering membership, we recommend checking availability sooner rather than later.
