How do I schedule a ride? +

Booking is easy. You can request a ride online using our Ride Estimate tool, or simply give us a call at (704) 992-7433. Our friendly support team is available 7 days a week. Please book as soon as you have an appointment confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests, but ask that you try to give us at least 24 to 48 hours when possible.

What areas do you serve? +

We proudly serve the greater Charlotte, NC area, including Mecklenburg County and surrounding communities such as Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Pineville, Matthews, and Mint Hill.

Long-distance rides throughout North Carolina are available. Please call us to inquire. We regularly transport clients to specialty appointments, hospitals, and procedures outside the Charlotte metro area.

The Reserved Membership is available for pickups within the following zip codes:

What is the Reserved Membership and how does it work? +

The Reserved Membership is for patients who use medical transportation regularly and want priority service plus significant savings.

Membership benefits include:

  • Member base fees of $47.50 ambulatory and $62.50 wheelchair, on up to 8 legs a calendar month (one round trip a week)
  • No after-hours surcharge
  • No weekend surcharge
  • Reserved scheduling priority, your spot is held
  • A dedicated transportation team for a consistent experience
  • Private service. No shared rides, no detours, no extra stops

Membership is $99/month with no contracts, cancel anytime. The $99 is the only fixed monthly charge and every ride is still billed per ride. Mileage is billed separately at the standard rate and added to your ride total, the holiday fee applies to everyone, and the Wait & Return hourly rate is the same for members. Legs past 8 in a calendar month bill at the standard base fee.

What is your booking, deposit, and cancellation policy? +

A non-refundable deposit is collected at booking to secure your ride. The remaining balance is charged after your ride is completed.

If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited but no additional cancellation fee is charged.

If your medical provider cancels and you provide written proof (a portal message, call log, or office note), your deposit is fully refunded and no fees apply.

Rescheduling:

  • If we can accommodate your new date, your deposit transfers to the new booking
  • If we are fully booked on your new date, your deposit is fully refunded
  • If your provider reschedules with written proof, your deposit transfers or is refunded if we are unavailable

Do you accept Medicaid or insurance? +

We are a private pay transportation provider. At this time, we do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. All rides must be paid directly by the rider, their family, or a sponsoring facility.

What types of transportation do you offer? +

We provide non-emergency medical transportation for:

  • Ambulatory passengers (walk-on service)
  • Wheelchair passengers (ADA-compliant, wheelchair-accessible vehicles)

All rides include door-to-door assistance from trained, professional drivers.

Can I book a round trip? +

Absolutely. You can schedule both pick-up and return at the time of booking. We also offer Wait & Return service, where your driver stays on-site during your appointment and brings you home when you're ready. Ideal for outpatient surgery, sedation procedures, and same-day procedures.

How much does a ride cost? +

Use our Ride Estimate tool to get a quote based on your ride details. The tool shows a full cost breakdown including base fee, mileage, and any after-hours, weekend, or holiday fees that apply.

Will the driver help me into the building? +

Yes. Our service includes door-to-door assistance, meaning we will escort you from your front door into the medical facility or office, and back again when you are ready.

Can a caregiver or family member come with me? +

Of course. One companion may ride at no additional charge. Just let us know in advance.

How far in advance should I schedule? +

Please try to book as soon as you have a confirmed appointment. Many of our customers book weeks in advance to secure their preferred time. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute ride requests when possible , just give us a call.

What happens if my appointment runs late? +

We understand that delays happen. If your appointment is running behind, just give us a call. Wait-time fees may apply after a set grace period.

Are your drivers professionally trained? +

Yes. All of our drivers undergo background checks, defensive driving courses, passenger assistance training, and CPR/First Aid certification. We take safety and service seriously.

Do I need to have a doctor's appointment to use your service? +

No. We primarily service doctor's appointments, minor surgeries, physical therapy, and outpatient procedures. We also provide transportation for non-medical trips such as grocery store runs, dinner with friends, church, and more. If you need a safe, private ride, give us a call.

How long will the driver wait at my appointment? +

You can request a Wait & Return ride (driver stays on-site) or a scheduled return at a specific time.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Facility accounts may be invoiced with prior approval. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are made.

Can I set up recurring transportation? +

Yes. If you have regular appointments such as weekly treatments or rehab, our Reserved Membership is often the best fit. Give us a call to talk through what makes sense for your schedule.

Do you provide stretcher or gurney transport? +

At this time, we do not offer stretcher or emergency transport. We specialize in ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible non-emergency transportation only.
