Wait & return appointments
Wait and return appointments commit a driver and vehicle for three to six hours or more. We are unable to assist other clients during this window, and these rides are typically booked weeks in advance.

Rescheduling
- You reschedule and we can accommodate the new date Deposit transfers to new booking

How it works
- ✓A non-refundable deposit is collected at booking to secure your ride.
- ✓If you cancel for any reason, your deposit is forfeited. No additional cancellation fee is charged.
- ✓A no-show fee is only charged when a driver has been dispatched and you are unreachable or not present.
- ✓The remaining balance for your ride is charged after completion.
- ✓If your medical provider cancels and you provide written proof, your deposit is fully refunded and no fees apply.
- ✓Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Provider cancellation: If your medical provider cancels your appointment, please send us written confirmation (a portal message, call log, or office note) and we will issue a full refund of your deposit with no cancellation fee.
