Cancellation Policy

Wait and return appointments require us to commit a vehicle and driver for an extended period of time, often three to six hours or more, which means we are unable to assist any other clients during that window. These rides are usually booked weeks in advance, and when someone cancels at the last minute, the chances of rebooking that time for another client are extremely slim. We also charge no show fees because a driver and vehicle have already been dispatched, resulting in lost time and resources and preventing us from helping other clients who may have needed the service. For wait and return appointments, there is a $75 cancellation fee if cancelled within 2 weeks and a $100 fee for no shows. For standard single trips, there is a $45 cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours and a $75 fee for no shows. If a medical provider cancels the appointment and the client provides proof, no cancellation fee is charged for either type of ride.
