Wait & return appointments

Wait and return appointments commit a driver and vehicle for three to six hours or more. We are unable to assist other clients during this window, and these rides are typically booked weeks in advance.

How it works
  • ✓A non-refundable deposit is collected at booking to secure your ride.
  • ✓If you cancel for any reason, your deposit is forfeited. No additional cancellation fee is charged.
  • ✓A no-show fee is only charged when a driver has been dispatched and you are unreachable or not present.
  • ✓The remaining balance for your ride is charged after completion.
  • ✓If your medical provider cancels and you provide written proof, your deposit is fully refunded and no fees apply.
  • ✓Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Provider cancellation: If your medical provider cancels your appointment, please send us written confirmation (a portal message, call log, or office note) and we will issue a full refund of your deposit with no cancellation fee.
