We are based in Charlotte and cover Mecklenburg County and the towns around it, from Lake Norman down to the Union County line and west into Gaston County. Every area below has its own page listing the hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics we take people to, and what the drive actually looks like from there.

The same service everywhere we go
Wherever we pick you up, the ride works the same way. Ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible vehicles, drivers who are CPR certified, PASS certified for wheelchair securement, and HIPAA trained, and our own vehicles rather than a handoff to somebody else.
Wheelchair Transportation
ADA compliant vehicles, lift equipped, PASS certified securement.
Wait & Return
The driver stays on site for the whole visit rather than leaving and coming back.
Surgery Transportation
To the procedure and home again, for the appointments you cannot drive yourself to.

Our driver can be the designated person the center requires before it will proceed.

Before we confirm any ride, we ask about the pickup
Driveway surface, whether there is a flat spot to lower the lift, whether a full-size van can turn around, and how many steps are at the door. A lift needs level ground, and there is a hard limit on how many steps we will ramp a wheelchair over. We would rather sort that out on the phone than in your driveway on the morning of a procedure.
